SK C&C announced on Tuesday the launch of 13 generative artificial intelligence (AI) services that are applicable across diverse business functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in corporate operations.
The unveiling includes a range of generative AI services, covering general applications such as AI chatbots, coding assistance, and report generation, as well as specialized services tailored to specific roles in areas including human resources, finance, accounting, and logistics.
The specialized AI services for each role are developed based on real-world applications of generative AI services, such as detecting anomalies in manufacturing equipment.
The services also feature comprehensive security thanks to the company’s AI orchestration platform, which comprises in-house AI prompt, internal data repository, and AI orchestrator. This framework is designed to minimize AI hallucinations, or incorrect or misleading results generated by AI models, and ensure security measures, including prevention of internal data leaks.
The generative AI services leverage both a large language model (LLM) and domain specific small LLMs tailored to each application area.
