이 작품에서는 시청률 보증수표 지성과 연기파 배우 엄기준, 또 소녀시대의 유리가 그 주인공을 맡았는데요.

대한민국 최고 검사 박정우(지성)는 일시적인 기억 상실에 걸린 채 아내와 딸을 죽인 억울한 누명을 쓰고 사형수가 되고, 국선 변호사 서은혜(유리)와 손을 잡고 무죄 입증을 위해 복수의 칼을 갑니다.

배우 엄기준은 온갖 악행을 저지르는 차민호와 겸손하고 예의 바른 차선호로 1인 2역을 연기하며 선과 악을 넘나드는 소름 돋는 연기를 보여줄 예정입니다.

'Defendant' is a new SBS drama starring Ji Sung, Uhm Ki-joon and Yuri from Girls' Generation that will air Monday and Tuesday.

It's a follow-up show to popular SBS drama 'Dr. Romantic.'

'Defendant' is about an A-game prosecutor Park Jung-woo (Ji Sung) who's wrongfully convicted of killing his wife and daughter, while suffering from a temporary memory loss. With his attorney Seo Eun-hye (Yuri), Jung-woo desperately tries to prove his innocence, scheming a revenge.

The star actor Uhm Ki-joon will be playing a character who lives two completely different lives. He will flaunt his remarkable acting skills by playing a double role of the villain Cha Min-ho and the good guy Cha Sun-ho.
