Samsung Electronics Co.’s Galaxy Z Trifold continued its sell-out streak during the second sales round on Wednesday.

The company began selling the second batch of the Galaxy Z Trifold on Wednesday morning through its online store, Samsung.com, and at major Samsung stores across South Korea.

On Samsung.com, the device sold out in just two minutes, maintaining strong demand from the first round.

During the initial sales round on Friday, the phone sold out online in about five minutes. Following the sell-out, unopened units appeared on the secondhand market for at least 1 million won ($676.59) above the retail price, with some listings claiming prices as high as 10 million won.

The Galaxy Z Trifold is Samsung’s most expensive smartphone, priced at 3.6 million won. It features a large 253-millimeter (10-inch) display when unfolded and a compact 164.8-millimeter (6.5-inch) bar-type screen when folded, giving users flexibility to switch between different modes.

The device attracted attention on YouTube before its official release for its compact yet tablet-sized screen when unfolded.

The initial domestic supply of the Galaxy Z Trifold was reportedly between 2,000 and 3,000 units.
