KT Corp. announced Monday that it has opened the KT Innovation Hub, a joint space with Microsoft designed to support artificial intelligence transformation (AX) across Korean industries.
Located in the West Building of KT’s headquarters in Gwanghwamun, the 595-square-meter facility serves as a venue where B2B clients can explore AX-related exhibits and receive customized consulting. Visitors can experience “multi-agent” services — where multiple AIs collaborate to generate tailored outcomes — and receive expert advice from KT and Microsoft specialists on building and implementing business innovation roadmaps.
The designed solutions can be prototyped within five days to verify their practical effectiveness. Microsoft supported the hub’s launch by sharing its sales expertise, while KT plans to develop the space into a regional hub for AI research and industrial applications across the Asia-Pacific.
KT said it aims to produce tangible results in internal AX transformation through its partnership with Microsoft and expand cooperation among industries, government, and academia.
